Join us as an intern or trainee
We recruit students all year round from a range of backgrounds, university, business school or engineering graduates who demonstrate a keenness to learn more about the Group. To ensure successful integration to the company, we favour serious, independent candidates with good organisational skills and an open mind.
A key opportunity for professionalisation
Throughout your internship, you will receive personalised support from an appointed mentor.
The range of tasks and responsibilities your are called on to fulfil will help build up real skills, sharing the expertise of our teams.
As well as getting an introduction to our different careers, you will be immersed in the Group culture, which emphasises rigour, independence and innovation.
This internship may, in some cases, end with you being offered a job at the Bank.
The recruitment process
We consider each candidate with the greatest care and answer all applications in around three weeks.
If selected, you will be invited in to meet the operational managers (1 or 2 interviews) and the human resources team (1 interview).
Relationships with schools/universities
Through partnerships, we are developing close relations with a number of target schools and universities. Accordingly, we take part in admissions committees, presentations to students and on-site interviews. We also publicise our internship offers through the school and university networks. Our managers are also frequently involved in schools and universities, either as teachers or active members of alumni associations.
