Tricolore Rendement is a large cap French equity fund which picks undervalued stocks that have above-average dividend yields. The fund efficiently combines conservative Yield and Value investment styles, and seeks long term capital growth with low volatility.

Since the end of 2009, and in compliance with the fund’s conservative stance and its constant efforts to optimise its risk/return profile, the fund has adopted an SRI Commitment*** approach.

This SRI approach, which respects Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management’s SRI investment and analytical philosophy, enhances synergies with the exercise of voting rights at shareholder meetings (see Voting Policy document).

It consists of engaging a positive, constructive, medium to long term dialogue with companies owned by the portfolio over specific ESGS issues so as to encourage them to improve business practice. This dialogue is monitored and specific reports are drawn up.

*** The ESGS commitment approach encourages companies, through direct dialogue or through the exercise of voting rights at shareholder meetings, to make progress and communicate on ESGS issues that have been highlighted by Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management. The objective is to make companies improve business practice, transparency and the understanding of ESGS issues.
