EdRIM Solutions was certified by the French banking and investment committee, Cecei, on October 24, 2000 as a provider of the following investment services:

● Receipt/transmission of orders for third parties,
● Own account trading,
● Underwriting,
●Investment.

EdRIM Solutions is a member of the French financial markets association, Amafi.

EdRIM Solutions - Italian Branch, also called EdRIM Solutions below, was authorised by the Italian companies and stock exchange commission, Consob, and the country’s central bank, Banca d’Italia, on January 21, 2003 to exercise the following activities:

● Receipt/transmission of orders for third parties,
● Own account trading in financial instruments,
● Underwriting the issue of financial instruments financiers and/or placement of such issues,
● Advisory services in investment and financial instruments.

EdRIM Solutions – Italian Branch is subject to the surveillance of the Consob, Banca d’Italia and the Banque de France.

- Register of Community Investment Companies with a Subsidiary.

2. Conflicts of interest policy

At EdRIM Solutions, it has always been our mission to place the interests of our client above all other considerations. That is why we make every effort to identify and avoid any conflict of interest that might arise in the performance of the investment and related services that are offered to you.
With this in mind that EdRIM Solutions has established an organisation with dedicated procedures and measures that enable it to identify and manage such conflicts, should they arise, as well as possible.

EdRIM Solutions naturally undertakes to inform the client of the general nature or source of these conflict(s) of interest, should such a situation(s) be identified.
The Client may, if desired, obtain upon request from his/her Client Advisor, further information on the Conflicts of Interest Policy.

3. Best Execution – Best Selection Policies

The Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID 2004/39/EC) provides as of November 1, 2007 that during the execution of an order concerning a financial instrument on behalf of a client, an investment services provider shall take all reasonable steps to obtain for its client the best execution of the order, in particular by establishing a Best Order Execution Policy and a Best Selection Policy for choice of intermediaries (collectively called The Policy).

The Policy is reviewed by EdRIM Solutions as and when necessary and at least once per year.

4. Restricted access
