Edmond de Rothschild Private Equity Management Ltd. (EdRPE) is the private equity arm in Israel of the prestigious Edmond de Rothschild Group. The Group is one of Europe's leading private investment houses and has in excess of €100 billion under management.

Capital Development/Expansion Private Equity Investment

EdRPE was established in 2000 and began investing in early stage technology companies.  In 2003 EdRPE established the Edmond de Rothschild Israel Opportunities Fund, a private equity growth fund focusing on mid-size companies. In 2006, EdRPE participated in the launch of Edmond de Rothschild Europportunities SCA SICAR, a private equity fund focusing on mid-size, mainly European companies.  This fund was followed in early 2011 by Edmond de Rothschild Europportunities II SCA SICAR.

In addition to investing through dedicated funds, EdRPE also performs capital development/expansion private equity investments by means of large "club deals" and facilitates Israeli-European private equity transactions. 

Real Estate Private Equity Investment

In 2007, EdRPE participated in the creation of EdR Real Estate (Eastern Europe) SCA SICAR, a private equity fund specializing in real estate development in Eastern and Central Europe.
